Lemon Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
- 1-2 cloves pressed garlic
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- Juice of 1/2 to 1 lemon (depending on your love for lemon!)
- 3/4 - 1 tsp sea salt
- 5 cracks of black pepper
- 6 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
Helpful Tool:
- Magic Bullet mini blender
Instructions:
- Put the first 5 ingredients into the magic bullet
- Whizz for 5 seconds
- Add 3 Tbsp of EVOO
- Whizz for 10 seconds
- Add remaining 3 Tbsp of EVOO
- Whizz for 15 seconds
Note: You can make this dressing in a bowl with a whisk. Just drizzle the oil in gradually (about 1 Tbsp at a time) and whisk vigorously between drizzles!
