Why Gina?
I am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and ACE Behavior Change Specialist with an inexhaustible passion for helping people activate the level of health and well-being that is their birthright. A person's WHOLE self must be considered: body, mind, and spirit.
Practicing and teaching Yoga over 20 years has also given me a powerful behavior-change toolkit since it is, in essence, a behavior-change practice. Yoga teaches us to control the character of our thoughts through self-study and mind management.
As a certified Personal Trainer and Kettlebell Coach, I can also soundboard your physical fitness choices with both experience and education.
