Club Tropicana Smoothie

- 1 cup frozen pineapple or mango chunks
- 1 whole orange, peeled (you can also zest that orange before peeling it and add that if you love orange)
- 3/4 cup riced cauliflower (frozen or raw)
- 2 dates (seed removed)
- 1 scoop unflavored protein powder
- 1 Tbsp flax seeds (optional)
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of coconut milk, almond milk or macadamia nut milk
Instructions:
Blend to desired consistency. Add more milk if itβs too thick!
