But over the years I’ve learned that short yoga practices can be powerful and effective when your intention is dialed in.
Rather than do a long practice or none at all, I created this series of Yoga Shorts so you can still practice, even on the busiest days.
Each one has a slightly different focus physically and energetically and you can make all of them your own by connecting with your why and what you need from your practice today.
