This Meditation Series includes different types of meditations to support your ongoing, consistent practice. It includes stretch + meditation (1/2+1/2), breathwork + meditation (1/2+1/2), meditation only and bedtime meditation.
Each one is guided but also include periods of silence to encourage insights that arise from focus on your internal landscape. Each one is available with or without background music.
The benefits of meditation are significant but sticking to a practice proves challenging. This series is designed for the earnest practitioner who wants to find what works for them. You can choose the one that works best for you after sampling them all or use them all in rotation.
