Low Back Love
At one time or another, just about everyone has experienced low back pain due to overuse, underuse, strain or stress.
I created this home practice to support you in gently moving your spine in every direction, to stretch and strengthen the muscles that do that and to bring awareness to abdominal activation to support your lower back from the frontside.
The pace and vibe of this practice is mellow and mindful so we can also address the energetics of back pain too which may include spending more time than you’d like in the freeze, fight or flight response. Our bodies and minds heal when we are in the rest and relax mode.
Suggested props are 2 blocks, a blanket and a strap.
