Gather Round: A Kansas City Reunion Class ~ NOV 2026

Before the season gets crazy busy, come gather for something simpler: movement, breath, music and each other. Gina returns to Kalos in Kansas City for a playful, all-levels practice bringing old friends and new faces together for a class that feels a little like a reunion and a lot like the old days, only with the bodies we have now.

We’ll move through a thoughtful, feel-good practice with familiar favorites, a couple fresh twists and plenty of room to breathe, laugh and reconnect. Whether you practiced with Gina years ago or you’re meeting for the first time, come as you are and be part of the gathering.

Plan to stay for a short after-party with merriment, mocktails and treats!
