2020 gave me an opportunity to train myself at home. Turns out, I like crafting my own sessions based on how I'm feeling, how my sleep and recovery has been and what my evolving goals are.

I found myself writing out workouts on scrap paper each day so I could track for balance in my movements, planes and body parts, as well as track how I was progressing with weights.

Finally I decided I needed something more organized and with a consistent framework to succeed so I made this combo Training Planner & Log and it has been UNBELIEVABLE! I figured I wasn't the only DIY garage athlete out there so here you go!

Each notepad has 50 pages and includes sections for weight and reps as well as cardio and general notes about how you're feeling, why you chose certain things or goals for the day.
